She's All Girl

These pictures are for Oma!! I was talking to Oma this day on the phone while Avery and I were on our morning walk. Avery was pushing her little car around that she use to ride in and accidently tripped and scrapped her knee.  This is her first day of scraps so I thought we needed to document it.  I also thought Avery looked so cute in this outfit that I needed to show lots of pictures.
She's more girl and less baby...how sad
Avery loves her doll
Here's the scrap, it was bleeding but it's okay now
I love her little blue eyes they make me melt
Brian says the people in Haiti use to do this while they worked, they said it was comfortable--apparently Avery agrees.
She has the cutest little faces
LOVE HER
This one is a little blurry but Avery makes this face so much that I thought I would show which part of me she got!!!!

AVERY AND COUSIN TAVIE

I know I put a lot of pictures on this post but these two were so cute at the park.  They had such a great time on the slide together and Avery was so excited to do whatever Tavie was doing.  Tavie is only three months older than Avery but much taller.  It was fun to see Avery get so excited to have another little person around. Avery kept calling her "baby" and trying to pick her up even though, without question, she is the baby of the two.
Avery was out of control, it was great!
I decided to get in on the fun although I am a little big for this slide
She likes to push herself off
Both Tavie and Avery were not quite sure about the swings at first
Daddy rescued Avery from the scary swing
Here they are driving the bus
And now they are the passengers... Avery tries so hard to pull up and be taller
We found that if we stuffed a blanket in front of her she liked it a little bit better
Tavie and Uncle Evan, isn't she adorable
Avery is cheering Tavie on
Tavie wanted to play the piano so of course Avery did. Tavie kept saying "I do it"
They are so cute
I threw this picture in because all moms love it when their little girls love their own babies.  Avery wanted me to wrap her baby up and then she walked in her room and stood by the rocking chair so she could rock her baby and pat her back... priceless moments

VALENTINES DAY

Avery's first time down the slide by herself
We were visiting the next door neighbor and Avery thought she would stick her face against the screen...well you can see what happened when she did that.
These were the flowers Brian got us, Avery liked this one especially so we let her play with it.
One more time

A COUPLE OF AVERY'S FIRSTS

Avery loves to reach up and get into the makeup drawer. This was the first time she got the lipstick open.  She knew just where it went.
Avery's hair has always been too short so we finally were able to put pigtails and bows in last week.
She did really well letting me put them in.  Our little cutie is growing up!
We were doing laundry so Brian pushed Avery around in the basket, she thought it was great and knew her stuffed animals would feel the same.
This is my new hair cut, I didn't like it at first but I am getting use to it
She cracks me up!!!!

BRIAN AND AVERY

Avery loves to wear her sunglasses, and loves even more to put them on other people.
I bet Brian didn't know being a father consisted of all this
This is her "WAND"

GROWING UP

Avery loves to push her lion around while "talking" on the phone.
She gabbers and laughs at nothing at all, it's great !!!
Now she needs her phone, diaper bag, and lion
She can't smile for the camera because she "needs to take this call!"
Avery was obviously finished or her she thought her head was really hungry
Cute smile
A little more serious

Christmas with Grammy and Grandpa

Grandpa and Grammy went to Idaho for Christmas so we had a late Christmas with them
Avery was excited to see them when they got back

Christmas at Our House

We were at Laguna for a couple of hours the day before Oma and Ompa went home. We ate on a nice patio and then spent time watching the dolphins play.  They were jumping around for around 2 hours, it was really neat. We had fun taking pictures together, and we had a lot of fun having Oma, Ompa, and Spencer for Christmas.  Even if poor Spencer did break his collar bone on Christmas day.
